If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please notify our sales team at sales@aerocustoms.com. We will issue merchandise credits for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date as long as they are new in original packaging & in unused condition. No refunds or exchanges for any item after 30 days. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please contact us to obtain a return number before mailing your package to us, please ship in a prepaid, insured, traceable method in original packaging.
